The quick answer is no, unfortunately you can’t. Even on the profile page, it does not show your date of birth. The only way is to contact TikTok customer support. There are few different options to contact them but generally, here is the best option via their feedback form.
How to change age on TikTok
Follow this step by step how to request a date of birth change on your account:
- Launch your TikTok app and go to Profile page and tap on the 3-line icon on top right corner.
- Select Settings and privacy option
- On next screen, scroll all the way down and tap on Report a problem
- Select Topics: Account and profile and then Editing profile and tap on Other
- On the Other screen, tap on Need more help?
- Now, you just need to write something like: “I want to update my date of birth as the current date is incorrect. Could you please help me change it?”
You should expect to get a response from TikTok within a few days with instructions on how to upload your ID to show proof of your age.
Unfortunately if you don’t have any government issued ID to show that you are over 13 then the next solution is to create a new account.
